Blue/Purple Leads Gundam’s Latest Store Meta
Blurple is still at the top, taking 22.5% of the field.
Gundam Card Game’s latest official deck distribution is out, covering Newtype Challenge 2026 Mission 3 and WCS 26-27 Store Qualifiers Season 1 events from May 18-24.
The biggest deck combination was Blue/Purple, taking 22.5% of the field. That keeps “Blurple” firmly at the top of the current store-level meta, ahead of Red/White at 16.1% and Green/White at 13.5%.
Blue also showed up across several other pairings, with Blue/White at 12.0%, Blue/Green at 9.6%, and Blue/Red at 8.9%. In other words, Blue is not just part of the best deck, it's showing up all over the format.
Our takeaway is that if you're preparing for Gundam events, you need to plan for Blue/Purple first, but the rest of the field is still quite wide.
