Gundam Card Game Launches Japan-Only Serial Card Challenge
Japan’s Gundam Card Game players can enter a draw for the game’s first serial-numbered cards by attending five eligible events from August through October.

Gundam Card Game has revealed more details about its first serial-numbered card campaign in Japan.
Players who attend five or more eligible events between August and October can enter a draw for EXBP-028 EX Base: Strike Freedom Gundam, a serial-numbered prize card. The campaign is open from August 3 through October 4, and event attendance is tracked through BANDAI TCG+.

Eligible events include Teaching Sessions, Beginners Battles, Shop Battles, Newtype Challenge, GD05 New-Set Deckbuilding Battles, September 2-on-2 events, and the ST11-ST14 release events. Entry to either day of GCG EXPO in Tokyo also counts once.
One important detail: players can still qualify after entering the draw. So even if you apply before reaching five events, your later eligible appearances will count toward the requirement.
This is currently a Japan-only campaign. The earlier English anniversary announcement confirmed that serial-numbered cards would be available through regional events, but Bandai has not yet shared matching participation details for English regions.
