Purple Enel and Luffy Split the Weekend’s One Piece Regionals
Purple Enel wins Toulouse while OP16 Luffy takes Toronto, adding two more decks to the early OP16 Regional picture.

Two more One Piece Card Game Regionals from last weekend now have winning decks listed, giving us another small look at the early OP16 format.
In Toulouse, GiorgioKing98 took the Regional with Purple Enel, adding another strong finish to a Leader that was already one of the most important decks before OP16 arrived. Even with the new set bringing fresh Leaders into the format, Enel clearly has not gone anywhere.

Over in Toronto, APE STRONG won with Monkey.D.Luffy, giving one of the new OP16 Leaders a major early result. That is the more interesting side of the weekend, since Luffy is still new and players are figuring out where it fits in the larger field. But everything, and with this we mean chitchat and experience, points out this deck is very, very strong.
Together, the results make for a nice early-format split: one familiar powerhouse still winning, and one new Leader already proving it can keep up. These two decks now join OP11 Nami and OP15 Lucy among the OP16-era Regional winners we have tracked so far. The early format is already split between familiar leaders that survived the set change and new OP16 decks trying to prove they belong.
