Mega Blaziken Leads Pokémon TCG Pocket Season B3 Usage

Pokémon TCG Pocket JP shared the Ranked Match Season B3 deck usage Top 10, covering May 13 to May 27, and the most-used deck was Mega Blaziken ex / Solrock at 5.90%.

Following it, Mega Lucario ex / Darkrai / Igglybuff finished second at 5.25%, while Mega Altaria ex / Darkrai / Igglybuff was third at 4.16%. Both decks lean on the same annoying sleep package, using Igglybuff to put the opponent’s Active Pokémon to sleep so Darkrai can add extra damage with its Ability.

Mega Altaria showing up near the top is not surprising. We have also seen it remain popular in our analyses, where Mega Altaria ex / Espeon led the most recent tournament snapshot and Mega Altaria ex / Gourgeist converted well too. Different ladder and tournament environments, but with similar patterns.

The rest of the official Top 10 had plenty of variety, including Mega Lucario ex / Hitmontop, Mega Absol ex / Hydreigon, and Mega Sceptile ex / Celebi / Sceptile.

The next season, B3a, starts in mid-June.
