OP14 Dracule Mihawk Wins Oklahoma City Regional

Joshua Cao won the Oklahoma City Regional, held August 8-9, with OP14 Dracule Mihawk, beating another Mihawk list in the final.

It's the first Regional win for the Green Leader in the current OP16 results, joining the usual winners like Enel, Nami and Luffy.

The deck victory could be attributed to recent support. The new ST32 starter deck released just a week ago and brought fresh Slash support, including a new Dracule Mihawk that can play a smaller Slash Character from hand. The winning list plays 4 of these. It might be too soon to say the starter deck is the reason for the win, but Mihawk players clearly have new tools to test.
