Red/Green Luffy Wins Final OP15 Regionals in Perth and Lucca
Red/Green Monkey.D.Luffy wins both Perth and Lucca Regionals, closing OP15 with two major titles before OP16 arrives.
One Piece Card Game had one last major OP15 weekend before OP16: THE TIME OF BATTLE releases this week, and Red/Green Monkey.D.Luffy ended it on a high note.
In Perth, Jermaine won the Regional with Red/Green Luffy in a 475-player field. Over in Europe, Suppy won the Lucca Regional with the same archetype, taking down a much larger 1,527-player event.

We found this quite refreshing. OP15 has been heavily shaped by Purple Enel, but the final big weekend of the format went to Red/Green Luffy twice. One result could be a strong run; two Regionals on the same weekend starts to look like a nice closing statement.
It also gives OP15 a cleaner ending before everything changes. OP16 arrives on June 12, bringing new leaders and support cards that should shake up the format right away. But before that happens, Red/Green Luffy gets the final word.
